This should be the date from when the exhibition is being set up and will become the effective/start date of the policy, except for Exhibitors Goods in Transit where cover will commence automatically from the purchase date of the policy. Exhibitors’ property is covered from the start of the journey to the exhibition and to the end of the journey home, within the UK mainland, providing they travel directly to their final home destination.
This should be the date when the exhibition venue will be emptied of all exhibitors’ property.
